SWISS goes live with eeDepart
Swiss International Air Lines is 2e Systems' latest customer to go live with our eeDepart online check-in solution.
Passengers who check-in to flights online at swiss.com now benefit from a fully responsive solution for any kind of device. On top of that they can now print both boarding passes and baggage tags at home. This means a smoother experience for all passengers and a faster process at their airport of departure, as they can proceed directly to bag-drop with all necessary documentation already prepared. Naturally eeDepart also gives passengers the ability to change their seat allocation at the time of check-in, using an interactive seat map that displays the arrangement of seats in the relevant aircraft.
Home printed baggage tags are available out of Switzerland and on an ever growing number of additional routes.
