Launch of the new mobile APP for Caribbean Airlines

2e Systems is delighted to announce our latest customer launch, the Caribbean Airline mobile app. The app delivers flight shopping, booking, ancillary services, check-in, mobile boarding pass, manage my booking, push notification and many more features wrapped up in a fresh user interface. 

During the booking process, customers can search, shop and select seats, inclusive of the Caribbean Plus seats, and pay for extra baggage. Special services such as wheelchair and dietary requirements can also be requested within the app. Completing the booking and check-in process has never been easier with the addition of a personal profile that is stored in the app. With the tap of a finger all locally stored information such as passport, frequent flyer, and contact information is transferred for a swifter and smoother transaction. Additionally, customers can receive a mobile boarding pass and save to a travel wallet. Upon subscription users will receive push notifications of important flight irregularities before and during the trip such as gate changes and flight delays. The enhanced mobile application has a modern and user-friendly design that is intuitive and simple to use.

The enhanced mobile application with new features is available for iOS and Android mobile and tablet devices and will make the customers’ travel experience easier and more comfortable.
