2e Systems is excited to announce their latest customer signing – Hahn Air – with the launch of their new NDC platform. Hahn Air is 2e Systems’ first airline customer using the NDC solution which is based on IATA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) standard. This advanced travel retailing platform, powered by 2e Systems’ internet booking engine (eeBook), will allow Hahn Air to connect with multiple distribution partners, generate flight and ancillary offers, and provide consumers with an enhanced retailing experience.
To celebrate the new partnership Phil Douglas, CEO of 2e Systems, Andrew Hurst, CTO at 2e Systems and Christopher Allison, Head of NDC at Hahn Air, were the first passengers holding NDC-enabled Hahn Air tickets on a flight from Luxembourg to Dusseldorf on August 16, 2019.

Congratulation to Cabo Verde Airlines for winning the best airline website by WebAwards for 2019 (http://www.webaward.org/index.asp).
The Cabo Verde Airlines website (https://caboverdeairlines.com/) is a collaboration by Origo, Cabo Verde Airlines, Icelandair and 2e Systems that brings together an appealing user interface and functional usability for travellers wanting to search, shop, book and check-in online with Cabo Verde Airlines.
Independent expert judges visit the site starting with the URL and then assume the role of a target user. After reviewing the site, the judges enter their scores for seven different criteria including design, ease of use, technology and innovation. As one of our newest customers using 2e Systems’ eePaxSuite of passenger products, we are delighted that Cabo Verde Airlines has been recognised by this award.

2e Systems is delighted to announce our latest customer launch, the Caribbean Airline mobile app. The app delivers flight shopping, booking, ancillary services, check-in, mobile boarding pass, manage my booking, push notification and many more features wrapped up in a fresh user interface.
During the booking process, customers can search, shop and select seats, inclusive of the Caribbean Plus seats, and pay for extra baggage. Special services such as wheelchair and dietary requirements can also be requested within the app. Completing the booking and check-in process has never been easier with the addition of a personal profile that is stored in the app. With the tap of a finger all locally stored information such as passport, frequent flyer, and contact information is transferred for a swifter and smoother transaction. Additionally, customers can receive a mobile boarding pass and save to a travel wallet. Upon subscription users will receive push notifications of important flight irregularities before and during the trip such as gate changes and flight delays. The enhanced mobile application has a modern and user-friendly design that is intuitive and simple to use.

2e Systems is excited to announce the launch of the new shiny mobile APP for Croatia Airlines.
Croatian national air carrier Croatia Airlines has upgraded its mobile application for the 30th anniversary of the company. The enhanced mobile application version is the result of the knowledge and effort of the digital team of Croatia Airlines and 2e Systems. The new APP is available now in four languages - English, German, French and Croatian.
The enhanced mobile application has a more modern and user-friendly design and offers passengers even simpler and faster check-in and flight status search. Users can scan and store their travel document (ID card or passport ) and contact information in the app to speed up filling the data for subsequent check-ins. With the elevated mobile APP you have everything you need before and during your flight in the palm of your hand: flight booking, timetable, flight status and information, check-in, offers and more...
The completely redesigned mobile application with new features is available for iOS and Android operating systems and will make travel planning easier and more comfortable.

2e Systems is pleased to announce the launch of its most recent customer, Cabo Verde Airlines in February 2019.
A truly collaborative achievement, 2e Systems, Cabo Verde Airlines, Origo and Icelandair representatives worked together to simultaneously launch 3 new products: an online flight shopping and booking engine, online check-in and multi-channel passenger notifications. The fresh and modern solution allows the airline to offer and configure merchandising products such as chargeable seats, extra baggage and special baggage and can be extended to include new ancillary products. The airline now has improved control and competitiveness with 2e Systems' dynamic WebFares functionality - discounted airfares which can be easily and immediately released to the market for effective promotions and campaigns.
